LA UVA ships throughout Italy, only with the reliable services offered by GLS and DHL.
Shipping costs vary according to the type of shipment and destination (see the table below for more details.)

The estimated shipping times are to be considerer only as guide and from the date of shipment LA UVA is not responsible for any delays caused by the credit card authorization processes.
As soon as the payment is authorized (in case of payment by credit card or Paypal) or as soon as the transfer amount is materially credited to our current account at our bank (in case of payment by bank transfer) and the items will be available, orders will be processed as soon as possible.
The processing of the order by LA UVA can take 6 working days. Deliveries by the forwarder in Italy take an average of 6/8 working days, and abroad of 10 working days.
Once the order is ready for shipment and has left our warehouse, an e-mail will be sent to the customer with the indicative delivery date, also with the possibility of monitoring the status of the shipment and in case of changing the delivery date.
If you decide not to collect your order, for any reason, you will be charged the return shipping costs.
BREXIT
From 1st January 2021 Great Britain (GB) is no longer part of the customs and fiscal territory of the European Union. The movement of goods between the UK and the EU is therefore considered trade with a third country and therefore subject to customs operations.
INSURANCE
We have insured all products against theft, loss and accidental damage, so the order that has left our office will travel safely to your address, at no additional cost to you. Once the order has been delivered to the address indicated and whoever picked it up has signed it will no longer be covered by insurance.

Shipping is free in Italy with spending over € 300,00.
Shipping is free in Europe, Great Britain, Switzerland, the United States and Canada with spending over € 500,00.

For the following areas (Andorra, Ceuta, Gibraltar, Melilla, Azores, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Corsica, Scotland, Wales, British minor islands, Channel Island, Greek islands, Greek minor islands, Madeira, Northern Ireland) the costs of shipping will be calculated after the purchase and will be communicated via email to the recipient customer.
LA UVA reserves the right to contact the customer in any case even for both Italian and foreign areas/islands/cities not specified in brackets above should there be additional delivery costs relating to the address to be reached indicated by the customer during the purchase.
RETURNS POLICY
LA UVA's purpose is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the day you received the products purchased on LA UVA. The return shipping costs are charged to the customer, and the full amount of the products purchased will be reimbursed except for the shipping cost which will in any case be charged to the customer. If a garment was purchased with free shipping, the amount of the shipment will not be refunded or deducted from the refund amount. The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) working days from the date of their receipt. The products can be returned by shipping the package via the courier indicated by the Seller (GLS), or by another forwarder, only after contacting us in the "CONTACTS" area, and having received our reply regarding your return request.
As for returns from extra-EU countries and which are subject to customs operations, LA UVA assumes no responsibility for the timing of customs clearance of the goods or for the compilation of any documents that must be attached to the return package from the these countries.
Furthermore, all the expenses that the company will have to incur for this operation and the related charges will be deducted from the total refund.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:
A. The customer service of the LA UVA brand must be contacted via the "CONTACTS" area selecting "Return" as subject in the most appropriate time frame, considering that the return must be delivered to the courier within 14 working days of receipt of the order;
B. The products must not have been used, worn, washed, ironed or damaged;
C. The fabric label and the identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal intact;
D. Products must be returned in their original packaging;
E. The Return Form must be duly completed and inserted inside the package;
F. The returned products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment. The Seller, in fact, reserves the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;
ATTENTION: the package containing the return travels at your own risk and, as our insurance only covers the journey from our office to your address, therefore, we cannot be responsible for any loss, damage due to bad packaging, delay in delivery to our warehouse. If you have complied with all the required conditions, the Seller will refund you the price of the purchased products, remaining at your expense only for the return costs, i.e. those for returning the purchased products to the Seller. If you decide to use the GLS courier, however, you will not have to pay the costs of the return in person, the Seller will in fact pay, on your behalf, the GLS courier, withholding from the reimbursement an amount equal to the cost previously incurred. for the delivery of the purchased products to your home. If, on the other hand, you decide to use a different courier, you will have to pay the return costs in person. You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products back at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, the Seller reserves the right to withhold the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.
1. REFUND TIMES AND METHODS
After the Seller has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return. Whatever payment method you use (credit / debit card or bank transfer), the refund is activated by the Seller as soon as possible, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once you have verified that the withdrawal has taken place in compliance with the conditions set out above. The actual time for crediting or returning the sums you paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:
A. Credit / Debit Card Purchase: The repayment time depends on the credit / debit card management company, but usually takes place within two bank statements. We remind you that the value date of the re-credit is the same as the debit, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest;
B. payment by bank transfer: the refund takes place on the current account indicated by you, therefore the refund time depends on the correctness of the data you enter; the re-credit normally takes place within thirty (30) days.
2. PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION CARD
All products offered for sale by the Seller are equipped with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal, which is an integral part of the asset. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag and its seal because returned products that do not have them will not be accepted.
